27/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Socialist Group in the European Parliament is organising a seminar in Brussels on 29 March on the Common Foreign and Security Policy of the EU. Work will be inaugurated by the Group's President Enrique Baron, whereas the Vice-President of the Party of European Socialists, Jan Marinus Wiersma MEP will present a paper on "The New Dimension of Security".
