ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) motorways

AUTOSTRADE, Italy's main motorway management company, has announced the acquisition of a 4% stake in its Spanish counterpart ACESA for some 120 million euro. ACESA, for its part, has a 4% stake in AUTOSTRADA and is part of the hardcore of shareholders alongside EDIZIONI HOLDING.
