Brussels, 06/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commissioner for Transport, Loyola de Palacio, presented this Wednesday to the College, a Communication proposing an action plan for the creation of a "Single European sky" by the end of 2004, attached to a "framework regulation" specifying the general guidelines and fields for Community intervention.
