SERVAIR (AIR FRANCE group; consolidated turnover of FF 2.93 billion in 2000), specialised in on-broad catering, will implant itself in Italy and Switzerland. On the one hand, the company will take, in partnership with the British ALPHA, a 50% stake in the Italian AIR CHEF 2000 (annual turnover of EUR 30.2 million), present in eleven Italian airports. On the other hand, it will become a 50% share holder in two ABELA units, one in Geneva and the other in Zurich.
