06/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - The president of the Liberal Group at the EP, Pat Cox, is taking part in a debate on 7 March at the European Parliament in Brussels. The debate will be held with youth organisations on the theme "Beyond Nice, initiatives for a European Constitution? The future of Europe: a free trade area, confederation or federation?" Participants at the debate, which is organised by the Young European Federalists (JEF), will include the secretaries general of the JEF, Secretary General Niki Klesl; the European Youth Forum, Tobias Flessenkemper; and the European Union's Socialist Youth Organisation, Yonnec Polet; the EPP Youth movement, Rutger-Jar Hebben; and the president of the European Union's Liberal and Radical Youth Movement, Daniel Tanahatoe.
