06/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission is organising a hearing on cybercrime on Wednesday in Brussels in order to hear all parties concerned on the subject of its communication of end January on the fight against cybercrime (see EUROPE of 31 January, p.10). The Commission proposes to approximate legislation by beginning with two specific aspects of crime on the Internet, child pornography and piracy.
