ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) space

The American group GENERAL ELECTRIC is considering the sale of a share of its satellite services to the Luxembourg operator SES - SOCIETE EUROPEENNE DES SATELLITES, activities gathered within GE AMERICOM. According to the terms of the agreement being negotiated, GE would incorporate its division with SES. It will take, in return, a controlling stake of more than 25% in the enlarged group.
