06/12/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Radicals at the European Parliament and the Transnational Radical Party are organising, on 7 and 8 December, a seminar on a new fully autonomous status for Tibet within three years, or the international recognition of the exiled Tibetan government. Representatives of the Dalai Lama and Wei Jingsheng must take part in the seminar to be held on the Parliament's premises in Brussels.
