Japanese group NTT DOCOMO has acquired 16% of the operator AT&T WIRELESS for the sum of US 9.8 billion. As planned, it has also acquired a 20% stake in the Taiwan company KG TELECOM for the sum of US 539 million. See IE of 29 November.
