06/12/2000 (Agence Europe) - Other than the agreement on renewable energy (see following page), the Tuesday Energy Council: 1) adopted conclusions on energy efficiency, 2) very favourably welcomed the Commission Green Paper on energy supply, 3) agreed to continue the dialogue with OPEC. EUROPE will return to the details tomorrow.
