Brussels, 06/12/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Energy Council reached a political agreement on Tuesday on the promotion of renewable energy sources, which provides for 22.1% of all electricity consumed, and 12% of energy consumption in general, to be covered in 2010 by renewable sources, instead of 14% and 6% respectively at the present time.
