Rome, 07/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - The President of the European Court of Human Rights, Luzius Wildhaber, took advantage of the celebrations for the 50th anniversary of the signing in Rome of the European Human Rights Convention (EHRC) to ring the alarm bells over the risk of suffocation that threatens the jurisdictional mechanism it presides.
