07/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - Horst Köhler, Director General of the International Monetary Fund, affirmed on 7 November, when speaking to the European Parliament's Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs, that it is clear the euro is undervalued. "There will be a reversal (…). The Europeans themselves should stop talking down the ECB", he added. EUROPE will come back to Mr Köhler's speech.
