Commission authorises Compart to acquire exclusive control over Falck (Italy, steel and energy)

Brussels, 07/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission gave the go-ahead to the exclusive control of Falck SpA as well as its subsidiary Sonodel by the Italian conglomerate Compart SpA. Compart is present in numerous markets in the processed food, electrical engineering, chemical products, ship building and insurance sectors.
