German company SIEMENS is to take over, on its own, the MANESMANN subsidiary specialised in automobile equipment and machine tools that it was to acquire with BOSCH. It will then resell to its partner REXROTH the ATECS subsidiary specialised in hydraulics. See, in particular, EI of 19 April.
