ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) insurance

German ALLIANZ is to link its Romanian subsidiary ALLIANZ ROMANIA with the 51% it has acquired in the Romanian group ASIGURARIION TIRIAC. The new undertaking arising from this move will be called ALLIANZ TIRIAC INSURANCE and will rank in third position on the Romanian market with gross premium income of EUR 28.8 million and about 130 branches.
