Commission proposes rules for "accession partnership" and a single financial framework for assistance

Brussels, 26/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - This Wednesday the European Commission adopted its proposals in the Council concerning rules to be applied to draw-up, in the course of this year, the "accession partnership' with Turkey. Thus it also follows-up on the conclusions from the Helsinki summit (December 1999) and of Feira (June 2000) on this issue. The Commission proposes:
