Brussels, 10/07/2000 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the European Commission will decide on a new series of measures intended to reduce payment times within its services. The aim - announced in the White Paper on Commission reform - is to ensure that, by 2002, 95% of all payments are made within 60 days.
