The Internet access provider T-ONLINE AG (DEUTSCHE TELEKOM group) is to purchase WALT DISNEY's 25% stake in search and find engine INFOSEEK. After the transaction, T-ONLINE will invest massively in INFOSEEK to make it into its main search and find engine.
