The Dutch firm WESSANEN is to take over 51% of the capital of the French firm DISTRIBORG (FF 1.54 bn consolidated turnover in 1999), European leader in the distribution of biological products and diet foods. The price per share has been set at 77 euro, valuing the distributor at 115.5 million euro.
