Switzerland's NESTLE has announced the sale of its charcuterie activities VISMARA (93 million euro turnover in 1999) in Italy to the Ferrarini family. In addition, NESTLE BRAZIL has signed an agreement with EMEGE PRODUTOS ALIMENTICIOS S/A with a view to selling the latter UBERLANDIA, a pasta plant in Brazil.
