The Belgian holding company MITISKA has concluded a joint-venture agreement with the German decoration and flooring chain TEPPICH FRICK (German group RWE: DM 240 million turnover in 1999 with 141 shops and a workforce of 955). It will also enter the latter's capital on the occasion of a capital increase of DM 31 million. In addition, MITISKA will pool all its assets in household equipment in a single platform called INTERIORS OF EUROPE whose overall turnover will amount to BEF 13.6 bn.
