A consortium led by Germany's SIEMENS and comprising the German firm BABCOCK BORSING POWER and Turkish company GAMA-TEKFEN has won a 1.5 bn euro contract to build a coal-powered plant of a capacity of 1,300 megawatts in Turkey.
