Text of "Common Strategy" for Mediterranean Region with Summit Declaration on Council voting method

On 19 and 20 June in Feira, the European Council adopted the third EU "common strategy" toward third countries, after those concerning Russia and Ukraine. The aim of this text is to strengthen Euro-Mediterranean partnership established by the Barcelona Declaration and its later body of law, and to consolidate peace "once an overall peace agreement has been drawn up".
