AVENTIS PHARMA (Franco-German group AVENTIS) sealed an alliance with MILLENNIUM according to which it will acquire, for EUR 250 million, a stake in the American company and, on the other hand, the right to use for 5 years MILLENNIUM technology in medicinal research.
