Brussels, 27/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament's final plenary session before the summer recess will include a presentation on Tuesday by President Chirac of the programme of the French Presidency of the EU Council and another on Monday by Portuguese Minister Guterres assessing the Portuguese Preisdency and the Feira Summit.
