The spirits and processed foodstuffs group DIAGEO intends to introduce its fast food subsidiary BURGER KING (turnover of GBP 875 million in 1999 with 11.037 restaurants in 58 countries) to the New York Stock Exchange. Initially, 20% of the capital will be floated in the next twelve months.
