The consulting firm ARTHUR D. LITTLE, specialised in the operational development of new technologies, will be merging its subsidiary EPYX, specialised in fuel cells, with DE NORA, an Italian leader in the sector. This transaction will give rise to a new venture called NUVERA, charged with "developing systems providing domestic and transport energy markets with better performing fuel cells at lower cost and with near-zero level emissions".
