Brussels, 27/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - Following-up the conclusions to the Lisbon Summit last March, the European Commission should adopt, this Wednesday 28 June the Communication by Anna Diamantopoulou entitled "Towards a new agenda for social policy". Mrs. Diamantopoulou will present it the same day in the afternoon to the European Parliament. This Communication will then be on the agenda of the Social Council's informal session, the 7 and 8 July in Paris.
