Brussels, 05/06/2000 (Agence Europe) - "2000 - The Environment Millennium - Time to Act". In echo to this slogan chosen by the United Nations for Monday 5 June, the World Environment Day, Margot Wallström, European Commissioner, invited young Europeans to espouse the cause she defends.
