The Belgian specialist in voice technology L&H - LERNOUT & HAUSPIE announced the acquisition of certain medical transcription activities belonging to the American company RODEER in Arizona, Georgia, Minnesota, Oklahoma and Texas. The total amount of this operation reaches USD 25 million. RODEER has a turnover of around USD 37 million in this sector.
