In Spain, the largest in the national meat market CAMPOFRÍO (annual turnover of ESP 250 billion with 10,000 employees) will acquire, for ESP 50 billion, its competitor NAVUDUL. Thanks to this operation, CAMPOFRÍO controls 22% of the Spanish meat market and will become one of the main actors in this sector in Europe.
