Brussels, 24/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - Following a challenge by the European Union, the Court of Appeal of the World Trade Organisation (WTO) has confirmed that the taxation regime operated by the United States for US "Foreign Sales Corporations" (FSC) is illegal.
