The Financial Times is reporting that BOS -BANK OF SCOTLAND- could sell its 54.9% stake in Australia's BANKWEST. Several bids have apparently been submitted, particularly by BNP PARISBAS (France) and Australia's ANZ (bank) and COLONIAL (bank-insurance).
