WORMS & CIE, the holding company owned by the Italian family Agnelli, has announced that it will soon be acquiring a share in Switzerland's SGS -SOCIETE GENERALE DE SURVEILLANCE- (turnover of FRF 6.3 billion in the first half of 1999) with between 13 and 15% voting rights.
