The Belgian group SAIT-RADIO HOLLAND (turnover of EUR 330 million in 1999 with a workforce of 1,650) has merged with Norway's STENTO (integrated communication and protection systems; sales of EUR 77 million in 1999 with 500 employees). This operation results from the launch of a bid by SAIT on all STENTO shares.
