The manufacturer of semiconductors INFINEON TECHNOLOGIE (4.2 bn euro turnover for the 1998-99 financial year, with 25,800 staff), subsidiary of the German group SIEMENS, will be floated on the New York and Frankfurt stock exchanges on 13 March. At least 26% of the capital will be floated at between 29 and 35 euro a share, valuing the group at 20 bn euro.
