ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) industrial equipment

The French firm FRAMATOME has signed an agreement with NUOVO PIGNONE (250 bn lira turnover with 560 employees), Italian subsidiary of GENERAL ELECTRIC, to sell it 81% of the 100% it holds in THERMODYN, one of the divisions of its "industrial equipment" sector. This division has an annual turnover of 120 million euro.
