The Finnish manufacture of telecommunications equipment NOKIA has set up a joint-venture in electronic commerce with ICL (Japanese group FUJITSU). Called NICE-BUSINESS SOLUTIONS FINLAND, this new entity will be held to the tune of 66.5% by ICL and 33.5% by NOKIA, employ 200 people and begin its activities at the beginning of March.
