The German firm RHENUS (annual turnover of DM 1.3 bn, with 3,300 employees in 60 plants in Europe) has acquired SRN - SCHWEIZERISCHE REEDEFREI UND NEPTUN AG, a subsidiary of the Swiss firm MIGROS.
