The British firm POWERGEN has created a joint-venture for telecommunications and the Internet with TCS - TELECENTRIC SOLUTIONS, telephone subsidiary of the British company AFFINITY INTERNET HOLDINGS. POWERGEN's initial investment in the company amounts to £5 million.
