Bilateral discussions on specific European demands over the accession of China to WTO will start next week.

Brussels, 06/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - The talks between the EU and China on the conditions for accession to the World Trade Organisation (WTO) should restart next week in Brussels. Sources close to the European Commission indicated, this Thursday that the Chinese Minister for Foreign Affairs Mr. Fukoya will meet the Commissioner Pascal Lamy next Tuesday and Chinese sources announced that the Deputy-Prime Minister Wu Bangguo will stop be the EU capital in his European tour that will also...
