The Swiss group SYSTOR AG (expected 1999 turnover of some CHF 230 million, with 1,100 employees) has taken over the German group SCHUMANN SOFTWARE UND BERATUNG AG (turnover of more than DM 190 million for the last financial year, with 800 employees), which develops software and offers services in information techniques.
