ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) packaging

KAPPA PACKAGING (annual turnover of FF 9 bn with 8,000 workers spread over 51 plants with a global annual production of 2.3 million tonnes of paper and cardboard packaging) has taken a 100% stake in France's SCAO - SOCIETE DES CARTONNERIES DE L'ATLANTIQUE EN ONDULE (turnover of more than FF 500 million expected in 1999).
