The French group COMPAGNIE DES SIGNAUX COMMUNICATION ET SYSTEMS has sold its subsidiary located in Toulouse VERILOG (estimated 1999 turnover of FF 60 million with 84 employees), specialised in software engineering for telecommunications equipment, to the Swedish software publisher TELELOGIC (31.72 million euro turnover in 1999 with 375 employees). The transaction took the form of a share swap equivalent to FF 300 million.
