The American firm UPS - UNITED PARCEL SERVICES has taken over the logistical division of QUALIS (specialised distribution and services to companies), comprising all of SOFECOME and its subsidiary TWIST which together have a consolidated turnover of FF 400 million. QUALIS' turnover amounted to FF 984.6 million in 1998.
