06/01/2000 (Agence Europe) - The Russian press agency Interfax states that Acting Russian President Mr. Putin and Ukrainian President Kuchma have confirmed that the next summit of the Commonwealth of Independent States (countries of the former USSR) will be held in Moscow on 25 and 26 January. The last summit of this type was held in May 1999.
