Three weeks before the Conference of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, to be held in Chișinău, Moldova, on 15 May, the question of setting up a Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine is occupying the plenary session of the Parliamentary Assembly, meeting until Friday 24 April.
