EU establishes new civilian mission to help strengthen Armenia’s resilience

On Tuesday, 21 April, the Council of the EU created the EU Partnership Mission in Armenia (EUPM Armenia), under the Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP), in order to contribute to the efforts being made to strengthen the country’s democratic resilience and its ability to manage crises.
