MEPs demand respect for international law and disagree on how to respond to war

During the debate on Wednesday 11 March in Strasbourg on the crisis in the Middle East and preparations for the next European Council, the majority of MEPs called for international law to be respected, while expressing divergent views on European solidarity, the EU’s strategic response and its energy policy (see other news).
